Central Hub
Central Hub — The Heart of Our Operations This is the place where work never stops. It’s where everything begins, is coordinated, and then spreads across all directions.
The Central Hub is the logistical, communication, and coordination center of our organization.
What we do at the Hub:
Receive and process requests for assistance
Sort, pack, and distribute humanitarian aid
Coordinate the work of field teams
Hold meetings, planning sessions, and operational briefings
Stay in touch with partners, volunteers, and local residents
This is more than just a building — it’s a space of unity, cooperation, and constant readiness to help. The Central Hub is where aid takes shape — and is quickly delivered to the places that need it most.
Coordination Team These
Our Coordination Team These are the people who first hear the voices of those reaching out to our hotline. They listen, support, document every request, and instantly relay the information to the teams ready to take action.
They are the voice of our organization — its heart and nervous system. Amid tension and constant challenges, the coordination team remains focused, calm, and incredibly efficient. They’re always on the line, always close when help is needed.
Thanks to their work, no request goes unanswered. Thank you for your resilience, empathy, and incredible responsiveness. You are true heroes behind the scenes. Doing good is easier — when you’re here with us.
Children's Development Center
The Diia Educational and Psychological Center for Child and Parent Development project is a safe space where every child aged 6-13 who has suffered from crisis circumstances receives the necessary support for learning, creative development and strengthening emotional resilience.
We offer a comprehensive approach that includes full-time support to help children gain knowledge, broaden their horizons, and develop skills through interesting interactive programs. We pay special attention to emotional well-being, harmonization of the psycho-emotional state and development of stress resistance through workshops, art therapy and other creative activities.
An important part of our work is the socialization of children, the development of effective communication skills and building friendships. Collective celebrations, excursions, vacation programs and summer camps help children adapt to new conditions and environments.
We also support parents, because their role in raising and helping children in difficult times is extremely important.
The Diia Children's Center operates thanks to the support of partners and volunteers. We strive to make our project sustainable and long-lasting by improving teaching methods and programs, expanding the range of activities, and attracting qualified professionals.
Our goal is to create conditions in which children grow up confident, educated, and socially active, regardless of their developmental characteristics, while building their future.
“Diia” Children’s Football Team
A Football Team of 14–16-Year-Olds Has Been Formed! We’ve brought together a team of energetic, strong, and determined teenagers who are ready to take on new victories on the football field. But this is more than just a sport — it’s about teamwork, support, and personal growth. Ahead of us are training sessions, friendly matches, tournaments, and of course, unforgettable emotions! Together — toward victory!
A Safe Space for Women
A supportive environment that fosters self-realization, psychological stability, and mutual support.
It helps women recover and activate their potential by promoting gender equality and sensitivity, improving their mental and physical well-being, developing resilience and confident behavior, strengthening family and close relationships, unlocking personal strengths, boosting self-esteem, and acquiring new competencies and skills.
Clothing Hub of the NGO “Community of the Caring – Diia”
The Clothing Hub is one of the key areas of our organization’s work, created to support those facing difficult life circumstances — especially during wartime.
Every day, our team of volunteers:
Receives and sorts donations from benefactors, partners, and caring citizens — clothing, shoes, bedding, blankets, hygiene items, and more.
Prepares personalized aid packages based on the individual needs of each person or family (considering size, age, health conditions, etc.)
Distributes humanitarian aid to internally displaced persons, families with children, people with disabilities, the elderly, large families, and anyone in need
Maintains an atmosphere of dignity and respect, where every visitor is treated not as a petitioner, but as an equal — someone deserving of care
Our Clothing Hub is more than a place for distributing items. It’s a space of compassion, where every person receives not only material help but also understanding, empathy, and support.
Rapid Response Team
Every day brings new challenges to our city. In response to ongoing threats, we’ve launched a Rapid Response initiative — a volunteer team that steps in immediately after missile and drone strikes. Our team works on the ground, right where the pain is greatest: • securing broken windows and doors • clearing debris and rubble • supporting people who are facing devastation alone We can’t stop the attacks — but we can be there. To support. To protect. To help rebuild. Because strength lies in unity. And while some destroy — we rebuild, together
